Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba announced it would establish a property service on Tmall jointly with E-House (China) Enterprise Holdings Ltd on Wednesday. The Chinese business-to-customer site is offering a property service that combines 3-dimensional shopping technology, livestreaming and financial services, to make it possible for homebuyers to complete all the procedures in home buying online.

Agreements and cooperation projects inked during the 2020 World Autonomous Vehicle Ecosystem Conference in Shanghai on Monday and Tuesday are expected to put the Yangtze River Delta region at the forefront of China's autonomous driving industry efforts.

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in its latest report published on Wednesday revised up its forecast for global economic output in 2020 to a contraction of 4.5 percent.

The country's short-term vacation rental sector is showing signs of recovery from the novel coronavirus pandemic, as Chinese travelers are booking long-distance trips for the upcoming National Day holiday, which runs from Oct 1 to 8.

Operations at the Zhongke (Guangdong) Refinery and Petrochemical Project Co Ltd are mostly automated, so only about 1,500 employees work on site, far less than the 6,000 to 8,000 staff members needed at conventional plants of comparable size.

China's civil aviation regulator on Tuesday issued a suspension order on RwandAir flight WB9500 from Kigali to Guangzhou for one week after five passengers tested positive for COVID-19 on August 30th. Hence, the flight WB9500 on September 20th will be suspended.
