China will take orderly measures in cutting tariffs and removing non-tariff barriers to enhance trade liberalization and facilitation at the Hainan free trade port, officials said Monday.


As China prepares to soon unveil a three-year action plan for the reform of its State-owned enterprises to further focus on mixed-ownership reform and reorganization, industry experts said the move will aid
government's efforts to steer the economy toward innovation and technology-driven high-quality growth.
