China's Envision Energy has envisioned plans for the world's largest onshore wind turbine on Wednesday, with the installed capacity for a single unit reaching up to 10 MW, which will take advantage of the country's wind resources and help to further cut down energy costs.

China's move of revising its Catalogue of Technologies Prohibited and Restricted for Export does not target a specific industry, said the Ministry of Commerce on Thursday. Shu Jueting, the ministry's spokeswoman, said the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Science and Technology have revised the catalogue in accordance with related government regulation and law.
