Chinese automaker Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp Ltd (JAC) registered a year-on-year increase of 13.82 percent in September sales, the company said. JAC sold 47,700 vehicles last month, bringing total sales for the first nine months of 2022 up to 371,700. The company's sales of electric passenger vehicles in September reached 20,900 in September, up 45.03 percent year-on-year.

China's installed capacity of power batteries registered rapid growth in September amid a boom in the country's new energy vehicle (NEV) market, industry data showed. Last month, the installed capacity of power batteries for NEVs rose by 101.6 percent year on year to 31.6 gigawatt-hours (GWh), according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.

Self-use buyers are increasingly active in the capital's commercial property investment market this year and have a strong interest in business parks, according to industry reports. In the first three quarters of this year, self-use buyers completed 12 transactions in Beijing, accounting for 32.5 percent in terms of transaction value, up from 30.3 percent from the same period last year, statistics from real estate service provider Savills show.
