China's national observatory on Sunday renewed a blue alert for rainstorms in parts of the country's eastern, central, and southern regions.From 8am Sunday to 8 am Monday, heavy rainfall and rainstorms are expected in parts of Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangxi and Guangdong, the National Meteorological Center said.

Guangdong province had external trade volume of more than 671.59 billion yuan ($104.12 billion) in April, up 22.4 percent year-on-year, Guangdong Customs said on Friday.The province, China's biggest external trader, sold 397.79 billion yuan worth of products abroad while purchasing foreign products valued at 273.8 billion yuan last month, up year-on-year by 23.1 percent and 21.4 percent, respectively.
